THE AXIAL FILTER

The Axial Filter is one of the most innovative and versatile filter elements in todays market place. Its modular design allows it to be manufactured in a variety of sizes which can be adapted to suit a wide variety of filter media. Its unique design means it can accommodate very high flow rates and it is well suited to for back wash applications. The Axial Filter can therefore be used for both domestic and commercial applications and can be used in a single element Skinny Boy housing or the four elements Fat boy Housing. Additionally its dynamic features means it can be fitted to the suction side of axial flow pumps for pump protection and it can be backwashed with minimal water loss therefore providing 

significant water savings and ease of maintenance.

THE 4 FILTER ELLEMENT FAT BOY HOUSING

The Fat Boy is designed to provide filtration from 0.5-30 micron applications. This covers the majority of Industrial and Commercial applications. It uses the specifically Axial Filter Systems designed filter element with fully pleated filter media to screen the product. The use of multiple filters allows the system to be designed with built in redundancy.

THE 6 inch and 20 inch COALECSER FILTER HOUSINGS AND FILTERSThese unique filter systems are one of the most efficient ways of separating oil from water. Both coalescer housings are manufactured from 304 and 316 Stainless Steel. However, Axial Filter Systems own unique low cost polypropylene style is also available which is capable of operating to pressures up to 300 psi.
