Corporate Responsibility is the exercise of business decisions, freely entered into, in a manner which manages risk to, and honours the interests of, stakeholders across the spectrum of community, environment, consumers and employees.
Axial Filter Systems adopts prevailing best practice with respect to consumer and employees by adherence to sound quality and safety management systems. Our product and core business is based on a commitment to environmental sustainability and enhancement. All production activities are set within the framework and culture of environmental accountability and we have a strong conviction to environmentally sustainable principles.
Whilst we appreciate that sales and profit are vital measures of success in business, we nonetheless believe that we will only be truly successful when the community values our corporate citizenship. We observe that it is the benefits of Australia, her resources, heritage and infrastructure which permit us to operate and grow. Fiscal transparency and the proper payment of taxes make some measure of contribution to current infrastructure but at Axial Filter Systems we seek to honour our past by helping to create a future for others.
Our care for the environment and the wider community, especially the children within it, sees us support a variety of aid programs. Current environmental and aid programs supported by Axial Filter Systems include:
- World Vision
- The Clean Ocean Foundation
- The Australian Childhood Foundation
Responsibility for effective corporate responsibility is a shared duty and cannot be vested in just one person. Nonetheless Axial Filter Systems has appointed Kevin Harris as the management representative empowered to shape systems and reinforce culture such that our commitment to community matches our growth and business direction.
